1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (whether individually or on behalf of an entity) and Waamini concerning your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site and services and must discontinue use immediately.

2 WhatsApp Business API Compliance

Users must comply with the WhatsApp Business Solution Terms and WhatsApp Business Terms of Service provided by Meta. Any violation of Meta's messaging policies may result in immediate suspension or termination of service.

• Mandatory user opt-in is required before sending any messages
• No spamming, bulk unsolicited messaging, or harassment
• Prohibition of illegal, deceptive, or offensive content
• All template messages must be pre-approved by Meta

3 Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and services are our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics — along with the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein — are owned or controlled by Waamini and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and services for your internal business purposes.

4 User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
• You are not located in a country subject to Indian government embargo
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5 Fees and Payment

We bill you through an online billing account for use of the Site's recurring services. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 14 days' notice.

• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise
• GST is charged as applicable under Indian tax law
• WhatsApp conversation charges from Meta are passed through at actuals
• Late payments may result in service suspension

6 Limitation of Liability

In no event will Waamini or its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7 Termination

We reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Site to any person for any reason or for no reason. This includes immediate termination for violations of Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy or these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. We may also delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
